  Great local micro brewery. Visited this location several times during the Phantoms season. Bethlehem location is a nice place too. If you are not a craft beer drinker you may be disappointed as it is the only beer they sell - their own plus some other locals. I enjoy going there. Food is usually pretty good too.

  I think I went here about once every three weeks for a year. I prefer the Allentown Brew Works over Bethlehem, it feels a little quieter, smaller. Bar is nice, food is good. That area of town is grown fast, so it's more convenient to head down there now than a couple years back. Parking is easy across the street.

  Went out to Grille 3501 with 2 other couples during the holidays. It was consensus around the table that the drinks, food and service were all 5 stars. I had the Chillean Sea Bass and my wife had short ribs, both favorites when dining out and Grille 3501 really delivered. The restaurant is not without its shortcomings it was quiet...

  Convenient location to the PPL Center. Great microbrews; my favorite is SteelGarden Wit. Good bar food, smaller menu than in the past. Mesquite edamame were good...nice flavor bite with the mesquite bbq (rub) seasoning. Great to stop here after a Phantoms game. Beer cheese soup and pretzels are the best!
