  There was a young girl and a young guy working. I added 10 dollars to my giftcard, using cash and my app., the money did not show up on my app so I stayed in the store waiting, meanwhile my frozen coffee coolatta looked like tar, and the muffin they put in a bag , handed to the customer was wrong so she brought it back in, they put back on the tray and gave her another one! Meanwhile they have to call the manager at home who says it takes 24 hours when u use cash and have them to scan ur app for money to show up! But its a risk you take, now I am out the 10 dollars and the money for my drinks because the bug that was walking on the strawberry frostef donut grossed me out! Very rude and horrible English yo boot! will drive to Hamilton from here on for the cleaniness and honesty of employees and mgmt!

  Don't know why it was extremely busy the day we visited before leaving town, but it was also a morning of the labor day holiday weekend. It was a little chaotic with so many customers and workers trying to keep up. Food and drinks were still the same quality you expect from dunkin. Would rate higher if there was a shorter wait, and there is no drive thru at this location.

  Very clean inside. I always do online ordering here and they never fail to have the coffee ready when I show up. They are very good at making sure you have a good experience. One of the better Dunkin donuts.
